
GOLF FITNESS TRAINING
Prescriptive Fitness is proud to introduce its 2009 Golf Training Program. The program is designed to address and improve 7 key elements that affect a players golf swing:
- Balance
- Power
- Coordination
- Stability
- Mobility
- Endurance
The program is led by Joe Schriffen, a highly regarded and sought after Golf Fitness instructor Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Utilizing the TPI 12 step assessment program, Joe will identify any weakness or physical limitation you may currently have with regards to your golf swing and prescribe the strength and conditioning plan necessary to make improvements in overall performance.
Joe states "Players develop motor patterns around physical limitations. By recognizing these limitations we are able to improve a player's stability and mobility through the golf swing"
Following the initial assessment, a bi weekly one month personal training plan is designed to implement your golf training program. Individual or partner (you may choose to split the 8 sessions with a friend after individual assessment) sessions are performed twice per week for the period of one month with Joe. Maintenance sessions past the initial month are recommended to insure continued improvement.
