Jim Miller
Jim has been a top performing personal trainer with Prescriptive Fitness since 2000. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University and is a former U.S. Navy Corpsman who served in the Gulf War. Jim is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and specializes in strength training, weight loss and muscle toning. Jim also designs programs for his running clients that emphasize strength, endurance and speed-based training. He is also a TRX trainer. His training programs encompass any distance from 5K to Ultra marathons. Jim has competed in 25 half marathons, 14 marathons,and a 50k. He enjoys helping others achieve positive outcomes through exercise. In addition to running, he also enjoys skiing, walking his dogs, hiking, and fishing.
