Group & Corporate Training - Package price +$20 per additional individual per session
Our group training sessions involve a minimum of two individuals training at one time. Programs are tailored to the groups needs. Great for business looking to improve employee performance, self confidence, team building, and energy levels. Also great for friends that have the desire to workout together in a group setting and lower individual training costs.
