Stephanie Hucko CSCS
Stephanie Hucko was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is also a TRX Trainer. Stephanie has been a Personal Trainer for fifteen years and has been with Prescriptive Fitness since 2006.
Sport has always had a strong presence in Stephanie’s life. She grew up competing in softball, netball, and track & field. She has also competed in Powerlifting and the Golden Gloves Boxing in NYC.
Stephanie has had a very successful Triathlon career (consistently in the top 5 overall), beginning with her first race in 1998. Since then, she has competed in over 50 races, including Ironman Lake Placid, and most recently won the Duke Power Building Run up (6th overall, men and women) for the second straight year.
Stephanie believes the best way to achieve results is through dedication and hard work. As a trainer, she provides expert instruction with acute attention to detail. She is very focused during her training sessions and expects the same from her clients. Stephanie takes great pride in seeing her clients achieve their goals. She loves what she does, and it is reflected in her dedication to her clients.
