Everyone struggles with cravings. I, however, am a firm believer in moderation and mental toughness and empowerment. Denying yourself certain cravings can cause a “binge disaster” at some point down the road. Or, like an alcoholic, you may never be able to eat certain foods again as their ingestion “re-wires” your brain to crave them even more. Everyone is wired in a different way. Telling someone that they can never eat another cookie in their life or never have another sip of alcohol can have very different consequences for them long term.Â The bottom line is that you have to take RESPONSIBILITY for the way that you eat and the way that you exercise.
