Welcome to the Boot Camp Series designed by Prescriptive Fitness. Competitive and challenging, our results driven program integrates our unique personal training style into a group setting.
This is definitely not your typical boot camp. Most boot camps and athletic conditioning programs attempt to work you to death without providing any structure or purpose. They sprint, push-up, and lunge you to exhaustion, meanwhile neglecting many vital muscle groups. These programs offer basic exercises and very little program design.
Our conditioning series is completely different. We leave no muscle group or system unchallenged. Our program is carefully designed to provide a complete, challenging workout with purpose.
Series size is limited to 25, and is now being offered to general YMCA membership and beyond, so sign up as spaces are going quickly. Advance registration is required. Registration on the event day will be first come, first serve to fill any remaining spots up to 25.

- Small/medium size cooler of water
- Printed and signed waiver form
- Light exercise mat(not required)
- Towel
- Comfortable clothes and athletic shoes
- A positive attitude and the desire to want to get better!
