Her own journey for a healthy lifestyle resulted in a more grounded life with her family, a more confident person around others, and a leader for others seeking new ways of becoming healthier. She has 10 years of experience competing in marathons, half marathons and other fitness-related activities.
Tracy is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She also holds a certificate in prenatal and postnatal exercise programming.
Tracy is a Charlotte native. She is married and has two children and volunteers at her church. Her other hobbies include running, yoga, being a beach bum, and spending time with her husband.
