Why do you run?
Everyone runs for different reasons…fitness, weight loss, the pure challenge of pushing yourself to the limit, learning what you are made of inside, the accomplishment of finishing, the competition, to escape, or simply the love of it. Whatever your reason may be, running is a sport that can be shared by everyone. It brings together people of different races, nationalities, religions, and political views and allows them to coexist peacefully without judgement.
