Will Hayes is a certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He has over 14 years of experience providing superior personal training and health coaching. Will specializes in sports conditioning, weight loss, endurance and stability training. He uses a variety of exercises including free weights, Pilate’s , TRX, and other equipment to make sessions interesting and rewarding. His current clients range in age from 14-80. He can work with any age or ability group and consistently get results. Under Will’s direction and coaching, clients have run marathons, triathlons, and various obstacle races.
Will graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Exercise Sports Science, where he was a five time conference finalist in Diving. In addition to expanding his knowledge and experience in the fitness industry, he served in the Army National Guard for 12 years including one tour in Iraq. Will’s time in the service helped him deepen his experience with group fitness and program development.
After college and the military, Will continued his love of competition and travel by competing in races all over the globe. He has run 12 marathons, 12 triathlons, 2 duathlons and a Tough Mudder race among dozens of other races. Will comes to Prescriptive with extensive experience and proven results.
