Rules for Calorie Counting

Here is a great article I found that will help you figure out how many calories you need to take in to break even (your BMR, or Basal Metabolic Rate) and creative ways to help count calories. We recommend several free calorie counting phone apps to our clients (My Fitness Pal, My Calorie Counter, etc) who like different ways to keep themselves accountable. Click here for more Calorie Counting Rules
